  • A Witch in Time
A Witch in Time by Constance Sayers 2024-03-29T02:08:46+00:00

A Witch in Time 4/5!!! My only 2 critiques: 1. I couldn’t rate it higher because there was a little bit of a questionable relationship connection earlier on.2. It slumped hard during a brutally long chapter that seemed to continue on quite too long, this chapter could have been broken up, and woven between present and past instead of all at once. Moving on, I loved this book!! I think it’s quite wild that this book only has about 8.2K ratings. I will admit, I never heard about this book until someone suggested it to me, but I’m so glad they did A Witch in Time by Constance Sayers

Devil in the Grove: Thurgood Marshall, the Groveland Boys, and the Dawn of a New America Just won Pulitzer for nonfiction and much deserved. Riveting. Horrifying. Great research and insights into Thurgood Marshall during the fifties. The book bogged down a bit 3/4 of the way through....the legal issues in themselves arent that interesting Devil in the Grove: Thurgood Marshall, the Groveland Boys, and the Dawn of a New America by Gilbert King

How the King of Elfhame Learned to Hate Stories (The Folk of the Air, #3.5) 2nd Read This was originally a reread so that I didnt feel tortured waiting for my copy of The Stolen Heir (I still am feeling tortured) to come in, but Im so glad I reread this. I love these characters so much and Id give anything to read the series for the first time again. Im now going to go back into the series and reread my favorite scenes for like the 100th time now<><><><><><> “Having a heart is terrible, but you need one anyway.” *sighs deeply*Why must I be tortured like this?
