How to Do the Work: Recognize Your Patterns, Heal from Your Past, and Create Your Self I thought this book was easily readable and understandable and accessible to anyone. It was written in an easy to understand format with concepts and ideas building on each other. I never once felt "out in the cold" or confused by the writing; apparently thats a big deal with me. Ive felt with other books that teach psychological concepts that they can be wordy, confusing, deep, or not for the layman.I follow this author on Instagram (@the.holistic.psychologist) and have long loved her straightforward and super helpful posts about being psychologically healthy How to Do the Work: Recognize Your Patterns, Heal from Your Past, and Create Your Self by Nicole LePera
