The Unwinding: An Inner History of the New America I did like the book enough to listen to it all. There are about 20 people whose stories are told. Most of the people stories are from non-famous people with exceptions such as Colin Powell, Oprah Winfrey and Newt Gingrich. Each persons story was interesting and the author tells them very nicely. Im not sure how in total they tell the story about the unwinding of America. I usually read science books and the point behind those stories are explicit and I understand why those books are written and there is nothing left to the imagination for me to understand. The 5 AM Club: Own Your Morning. Elevate Your Life So bad it’s hilarious. I listened to the audiobook thinking it would be self-help non-fiction but it was a “novel”. So many what-not-to-do examples for writers The 5 AM Club: Own Your Morning. Elevate Your Life by Robin S. Sharma

The War of Two Queens (Blood and Ash, #4) edit: 18/04/22 DNF-ing ive seen everything there is to see lmao i cant stomach the emotional cheating, jla ruined this series for meas a reader i felt deeply betrayed and blindsided by what she pulled in the 4th book because i was clearly baited! authors mention beforehand if the book is going to be rh/poly but jla did neither, she marketed this series as poppycas endgame.jla basically confirmed the emotional cheating between poppy and kieran. she also mentioned she was interested in giving isbeth a redemption arc, isbeth who r*ped both malik and casteel. this just makes me sick to my stomach. Flight of Magpies (A Charm of Magpies, #3) Project KJC Backlist Read part 3A first-time read for me as well. This third installment completely hit it out of the park for me. Not entirely surprising, based on my reading tastes: theres a lot of romantic *conflict* here to push the plot along, and the two weave seamlessly together. Like Ive said in other reviews, this is the hallmark of KJ Charless writing for me, and it was fun to get what felt like the first glimpse of AHA, YES, THIS. The way questions of power between Stephen and Crane cross assumed lines of class, sexual dynamics, and magical power is truly, truly impressive Flight of Magpies (A Charm of Magpies, #3) by K.J. This book will let you appreciate the kindness of a person to stay loyal to a friend and be her family when she was trapped in her dark desires.
